Happy Anniversary!

I cannot believe that it has been ten years already!!! Where does the time go??? For our anniversary we decided to head up to the Mountainside Marriott in Park city! We went to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, got us some yummy treats for the night, watched some JAWS (they were doing a mini marathon and I had never seen it, believe it or not), and hit the hot tubs. The next day we did the Alpine Slide, the Coaster, ate at the Baja Cantina (one of my very favorite restaurants), then we shopped until we dropped! Greg is a really great shopper whether he knows it or not, we hit the outlets and then headed back to Salt Lake to the Cheesecake factory for dinner. We had a really great time, it was good to be together just the two of us (thanks mom for watching the kids)!!!

Halley and Paige

Halley loves to sing, so the other day she busted out her little karaoke machine and was singing. Then Paige came along and wanted to sing too. They were singing some jazzed up primary songs and Halley's favorite, Bless the broken road. Paige was singing the intsy weensy spider and Jesus loves you (Trying to be like Jesus).

Swimming Lesson's are done!!!

Well, we have put in our time this summer doing swimming lessons and we had our last lesson Friday (7/11/08) we are done. Cole and Halley have been quite the swimmers... they have learned to arrow, front stroke, back stroke, elementary back stroke, swim on the bottom of the pool, dive for rings and sea horses, and how to dive of the side of the pool/diving board! Cole is now able to dive to the bottom of the deep end of the pool and get the stuff that is down there. Pretty awesome!!! Halley is getting her diving down well also, they are my little fish!!! Paige and I have had a good time watching the kids do their swimming from the side lines and cheering them on...

4th of July Pictures!

Happy 4th of July!

(This is the best family that we could get that night.)

What a greg 4th of July that we had! We started our day off by sleeping in until 8:30 or so, which was great! Then we headed down to Utah Lake to do some boating and sun bathing! We put the boat in at American Fork, which we decided was the way to go, we were on the lake by around 11:30. It was a nice day, a little cloudy, much more then I would have liked, but nice for a change. The lake was pretty busy of course, plenty of boats out on it, but nice. The kids had fun riding on the tube, and then they wanted to be pulled behind the boat with just the rope, they thought that was pretty fun to. The water was a little to choppy for skiing, Greg tried it, but the wake boarding was good. The guys(the water is still a little to cold for me) are getting pretty good on the wakeboard, making some really big jumps and of course some good wipe outs. After putting the boat away at Mike and Sarah's and getting ready for the night, we went down to Thanksgiving Point, electric park, to have a picnic, hang out and watch fireworks with all the Robinson (and Hatfield) Clan. The kids all had fun playing with there cousins and we even got a few fun photos. The fireworks were great! Halley started out crying because she still doesn't like the big loud booms, that the fire works always start with, then watched the fireworks for maybe 5 minutes and she fell asleep, and was out the rest of the night. Cole loved watching fireworks on Eric's lap and eating kettle corn. Paige couldn't decide who she wanted to lay with, mom or dad, so she was her normal bundle of energy and sleep was no where to be found until we got in the car to go home and with in 2 minutes she was out. All the kids were asleep by the time we got home and the next morning we all slept in until 9:15am which was much needed sleep after two nights of fireworks and not going to be before 11:30. Gotta love the holidays!

Happy Third of July!!!

Wow, I can't believe that July is already here. I am sooooo happy, but sad that it means summer is almost half over. We did our annual Eaglewood fire works! Before hand we went to our good friends the Bell's for a B-B-Q, we had delicious steaks, cooked to perfection, thanks Jesse, and had a great meal. I am slowly getting Cami to see that you have can an awesome meal that is just thrown together, low low stress!!! The kids had a good time jumping on the tramp all in there Red, white and Blue, I am sad that I didn't get a picture of that. I am trying to get better at taking lots of pictures, but I either forget or don't get good shots! Anyway, after dinner we went up the the golf course and hung out for a while. Once again, didn't get any great photo's but I will post what I got. After fire works we went to my mom's and had some birthday cake and did sparklers, again, no pictures! Happy Birthday Greg Millard, (I won't disclose your age). It was a way fun night!!!

Greg, Paige, Cole and Lexi eating some of grandma's yummy treats!Halley, Lydia and Cami, playing a friendly game of Go Fish!

Paige and Jesse! She just got done wrestling him, yes, I said wrestler, I think she loves the Bell's more then she loves us most of the time!!!

Cole!!!

I just had to take a picture today because Cole totally dressed himself! He usually doesn't do too bad, but today I am not sure what happened. He got up and was doing his morning jobs, currently brushing his teeth when I saw him like this. Don't worry, I didn't let him out of the house like that. Kids!!! Crack me up! (sorry picture didn't turn out to great!)

Gotta love stripes and plads!!!
