Maicey turned ONE!!!

Alright, now I really can't believe that my little tiny baby just turned one!!! Where does the time go. ONE, she is ONE so, so, crazy!!! Her are some first year Maicey facts: She is a really young one year old I decided! Definitely doesn't seem one. She finally started crawling just before 11 months, she waves hi and sometimes bye, just started pulling her self up to things and that is just about it. She is a sweet, spoiled, loved, mama's girl... All in all she had a good first year. She did get her first ear infections at 6 months ( Nov.) and they never went away, so 4 months later (Mar.) we got tubes put in and then she started taking off with crawling and more babling sounds and she finally started laughing, that darling gut laugh that babies do that just melt your heart. She cut her first teeth about a week apart at 10 months (she is my slowest teether) and that is all she has so far. Her brother and sisters love her to absolute pieces. Cole loves to kiss her and give her hugs and if she even starts to whine picks her up. Halley loves to pack her around and play with her and pick her up is she starts to wimper at all. Paige loves to try to control her. (For any of you that know Paige, can you even imagine that.) Paige loves to make her scream and squak and try to pack her around and pretty much just bug her to death. She loves her just a little bit to much!!! So all in all Maicey is well loved! No lack of love for their little sister. We all just love are little Mai Mai...

Well, I did a fun little Pink and Brown Polka Dot party for her, since she has been my pink ad brown baby, and had tons of fun doing it. So here are the photo's!!!

December is Here!!!!

Well, hello!!!! I know it has been forever since you have heard from me, so I decided that it was way past time. I will give a brief overview, but stay tuned I have many posts that need to be posted so check back often...

Let's see, where do I even start! I am guessing that you must already know, four kids has really slowed me down (obviously since I have posted about once since I had her), so I will start there. MAICEY, is such a sweet, sweet baby. Those are the best words that I can use to describe her. She is an excellent sleeper and just such a fun thing to have around. She loves her siblings, and boy do they love her, they still after all this time, can't seem to get enough of her. We love having her in our home and to have a little baby around again. PAIGE is still Paige!!! If you know her that about sums it up. She is a joy (most of the time) to have around and we love her. She keeps us hopping, telling us what to do and regulating just about every thing in our house. We have nicknamed her the regulater! She is going to preschool this year and loving it, I think she gives Mrs. Eggett a run for her money sometimes, but overall she is a good girl. She has been pretty healthy, had a few rounds of colds, and it almost makes it unbearable to live with her but can you blame her when she doesn't feel good, she really doesn't feel good. (Darn asthma.) She is really seeming big these days, just growing up so fast that it kills me! HALLEY, is in the first grade and doing great. I was a little worried at the first of the year, but she is doing great and loving going and learning so much. It has been so good for her. She loves her new dance class and is working on her backbends and splits constantly these days. She is my amazingly big helper with Maicey, loves to just tote her around (for a few minutes anyway and then pawn her off on anyone that will take her,) but is a good helper and my little artist. She loves to draw and write and is constantly writing on almost anything and then drawing pictures for everyone in the family. So, fun to see their interests come out. COLE is my big second grader and loving it. He is a great student and loves to read. I will find him reading quite often in the morning when he wakes up or when he is bored or just whenever. He is a great big brother to his sisters. He of course loves Maicey and is constantly talking to her and has to give her hugs and kisses each night before he or she goes to bed. It is super cute. Cole really enjoyed playing soccer this fall and can't wait for it to start again in the spring. He is a really good boy and I can't believe that he will be eight in a few weeks and will be getting baptized. I am way to young to have and Eight year old aren't I??? Anyway, my kids are just growing up to fast and time is going by way to fast. Doesn't it seem like not to long ago it was Christmas, and here it is all over again. GREG is still really enjoying his job and keeping really busy. (Which is good in this economy.) He will be keeping busy around the house this winter also since we are going to do some work on the basement. He is such a great dad to our kids and is enjoying every minute of it when he is home!!!! ME, I am just home running around like a crazy person with my head cut off most of the time. Like I said earlier four kids is great, but wow, now I have even less time than I had before and before I didn't have any time either. Life is good, I love being home wouldn't trade it for anything, I love this time of year and I am glad that I have had this chance to reflect over the past year and see how blessed we really are. I hope that every one has a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year!!!! Until I post again (who knows when that will be)!!!

Spring Soccer!!!

Cole and Halley just finished up there spring soccer season. It rained and rained through the first half, but by the last game or so, we finally got a sunny day. Cole and Halley really did great this year and improved a bit. They are excited to play again next year!

Ready to POP!!!

I thought I would make a quick post to let you know that the next time I post we will have a new addition to the family. We are so excited to get our little girl here. The kids ask every day when the baby will be here and we keep telling them soon. We are hoping the she will make her entry into the world tonight or tomorrow, but if she doesn't, I will be getting induced on Sat. So, ready or not the baby is coming!!!! I think we are all ready, I have been doing lots of cleaning and laundry and sewing and all the stuff a girl needs to do to get ready for a new baby... so until this baby comes out... Adios

A Rough Weekend!!! OUCH

This past weekend was quite eventful for the Robinson household. It started off Friday night (5/24). I was just getting ready to do a girls night out with my mom, sister and sis n laws, and right as we were walking out the door, Halley fell off her barstool, trying to climb up on it I believe and she sliced her chin right open. (I meant to take a picture but never got one.) So I took Cole with me to dinner and Greg took the girls down to the Insta Care to see if she needed to be stitched up. Well, there ended up being a wait so they sent them home for an hour to wait it out, so I brought Cole back home and went out with the girls. Greg took Halley back down there and they ended up glueing her chin back together. So one wound down. Saturday passed without any incedence luckily, but on Sunday we weren't that lucky.

On Sunday evening(5/26), we were at my mom's a little later than I wanted to be, but trying to get some stuff ready for the baby, we were still there. Paige was trying to be a big helper and thinking she was so big she decided that she could carry Megan... Well, the first time she did it no problem. The second time wasn't so lucky!!! Paige and Megan went topling to the ground, well, Megan hit the ground luckily and missed the coffee table, but Paige wasn't so lucky. Paige smacked face first into the glass table and as you can see got her a nice shiner! So here are some pictures of the first day, second day, and today!!!! But, at least she still has her funny personality and it didn't slow her down a bit! (My camera doesn't do them much justice, but you get the general idea).

Coles Spring Sing!!!

Cole had his "Spring Sing" the other day (4/23/09)! It was so cute, they did a really good job. The whole first grade got together and sang about 8 songs with little speaking parts in between. It was really cute. Cole did a great job, he sang and sang, and seemed to really enjoy it. The down side was that the kid in front of him had a big head and so it blocked a lot of Cole, but I tried to get some pictures with just Cole in them without the other kid. So on the video there is a little bit of Cole and a lot of the kid in front of him...but what do you do!!! Here are some pictures of my big first grader!

Look Who's 3...

I can hardly believe it, my baby just turned 3!!!!!!!!! Wow, does time fly or what!!! Paige had a tinkerbell birthday this year for her party!!! She loves tink. It was a really fun day, we got up and went to an Easter egg hunt first thing that morning, then we came home and had a little birthday party for her. We had some purple and green cup cakes that the kids got to decorate, then they decorated some tinkerbell wands and played pin the star on the wand and last but not least did a pinata!!! Paige had a great time with her family and friends!!!
